Following on from our First-Look into the Southnode Control Panel which you can find by clicking here, we now look a little deeper at the functionality provided to you!
Depending on the game/bot you have, you will have access to most/all of these functionalities depending on the amount of configuration available to you. All these functions and more can be found either via the Wrench drop-down button within the Main Menu of the control panel, or via the Server Menu which is accessed by clicking on your server's Friendly Name (ie. Squad - Linux - 7987). Below is a picture of a test Mordhau server, with the relevant functionalities explained below:
The clickable buttons within this page are:
Control
Green "Play" button: Turns the server On if it is not currently running. Pressing this button whilst the server is running will do nothing, and will let you know that the server is already running.
Red "Stop" button: Turns the server Off if it is currently running. Pressing this button whilst the server is not running will do nothing, and will let you know that the server is already stopped.
Yellow "Reverse" button: Restarts the server, performing an Off command, followed by an On command. Pressing this button at any time regardless of server state will cause the server to begin running if it is not already.
Light-blue "Recycle" button: Refreshes the server stats within the control panel such as CPU usage and RAM usage. This will also refresh the "Server is running!" indicator.

Notes
Within the Notes menu you can place specific messages to yourself for future reference, such as where a specific file is or anything else you wish to note. These notes are only visible to your user and our support team, so you can store whatever you wish away from prying eyes or other users.
Console
Here you can see (if the server/bot supports it) a direct read-out of the server log. This is helpful for if a server is abruptly stopping after starting, or if a new modification has been added to the server and you wish to confirm it's working.

Variables
Variables are used to control certain parameters that affect the startup of the server. This can include, but are not limited to, (depending on game type) server Friendly Name (within the panel), tickrate, maximum players, starting maps, RCON enable/disable and admin passwords. You can find the Variables and their selections via the Server Menu which is accessed by clicking on your server's Friendly Name (ie. Squad - Linux - 7987, or whatever you have specified within the variables menu):
